„Two young chefs form the south rock the sympathic restaurant with a lot of heart“ that is how the Schweizer Illustrierte presents in the middle of August the new chefs of the “QUARANTA uno”. Gault&Millau rewards the restaurant with an extra point. The path of Andrea Bontempi and Riccardo Sala first crossed at the Michelin kitchen of the chef Gualtiero Marchesi in Milano. After some year apart, both are now reunited and work together in the “QUARANTA uno”. As learnt back home at “Nonna`s” they use exclusively the best products.
