What a great pleasure! Only just opened and already the restaurant guide GaultMillau has awarded Executive Chef Stefan Beer and the Radius team with 17 points. In the new fine dining restaurant, the kitchen brigade uses the best products that grow within a radius of 50 kilometres for the menu “vo hie”. These include surprising products such as duck from Einigen, shrimps from Burgdorf, wagyu from Schwarzenegg or wasabi and wood sorrel from Uetendorf.
