For the seventh time, VINUM magazine has set out to find the best wine list in Switzerland. For six days, the jury had time to view and evaluate the cards sent in. According to Vinum, no menu convinced the jury as much as that of the “Radius”. At Radius by Stefan Beer, Torsten Noack has put together a diverse wine selection that delights in every respect. Guests can also choose from the recommended regional wines from the surrounding area. Social commitment is also reflected on the wine list. For example, every bottle of Il Sogno della Speranza supports projects of children’s charities all over the world, which have a direct connection to the Interlaken region through their management and organisation.
