New concept
To continue the success story of the La Terrasse restaurant and to raise the “vo hie” concept to a new level, a third outlet is being developed at the Victoria-Jungfrau. Here, Executive Chef Stefan Beer will continue to write the history of the fine dining restaurant under a new name and in new premises as of spring 2022.
As a result, La Terrasse will open from November 2nd, 2021 with a modified concept. Modernly interpreted Swiss dishes and international classics will be combined in the newly designed menu, offering both hotel and external guests a further exceptional culinary journey. “Simple but outstanding” is Stefan Beer’s motto for the newly created menu, which is characterized by selected high-quality produce, most of which are sourced in the region.
