Sports & Fitness

Fitness enhances physical and mental well-being. The Spa Nescens fitness club is equipped with 36 state-of-the-art Technogym, Lifefitness as well as Sensopro strength and endurance machines. The facility looks out on to the bamboo-filled courtyard. The sporting offer is complemented by two indoor tennis courts, which can be booked with a coach on request. Step, Bootcamp, HIIT-Training, bodyforming, stretching, fascia training, Pilates, yoga – there are free group classes to choose from every day. What’s more, the Bernese Oberland is possibly the best outdoor gym for recreation in the fresh air.

Fitness

Featuring a personal trainer, our 1:1 sessions focus on your very specific goals. The sports programme is tailored to your fitness level and requirements. Depending on the weather, training takes place in our modern fitness centre, on the roof terrace or in the fresh mountain air in nature. Training sessions can be booked singly or as a subscription with 5 or 10 sessions. We offer the fitness programme for private groups from 2 to a maximum of 12 people.

Body analysis

Personalised, effective fitness training is founded upon a detailed assessment of the body’s condition. The body composition analysis measures the proportions and relative amounts of skeletal muscle mass, water and body fat. Our trainers go through the results with you immediately after the analysis.

The Victoria-Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa also offers a tennis center as part of its diverse range of services. On a spacious area, we provide two indoor courts with carpet-granulate surfaces and the latest LED lighting, as well as a tennis shop with stringing services. In addition to the tennis school, which trains players of all ages, from beginners to competitive athletes, there is also the option to become a member.
