May feel like doing yoga without having to exert yourself. Performed on a futon on the floor, the therapist uses hands, elbows, knees, feet and entire legs to move the client into a series of yoga stretches and to do acupressure on the so called sen-lines (without oil). Please wear comfortable long sleeved sport clothes – or we will provide you with a Kimono.
