Coming soon: Radius by Stefan Beer

In early summer 2022, the success story of the former fine dining restaurant “La Terrasse” will be continued in the restaurant “Radius by Stefan Beer”. The construction work and preparations are already in full swing.

The established “Menü vo hie” will in future be enjoyed in the “Radius by Stefan Beer” restaurant. Committed to regionality, the menu is limited to products from within a radius of 50 km. The creative menu bears the signature of Executive Chef Stefan Beer. His dishes can be artful, they can be pared back – but they’re always modern and creative. Stefan Beer maintains close personal relations with the hunters, fishermen, cheesemakers, farmers and regional producers who supply choice ingredients for the dishes he serves. Herbs, berries and nuts come from the Victoria-Jungfrau’s garden, which the executive chef transforms into epicurean delights. To match the “Menü vo hie”, the sommelier team offers a harmonious wine accompaniment from the canton of Bern. Preparations are already in full swing. With a reduced capacity of 30-40 seats, optimal conditions for an even more personalized service and a gourmet experience at the highest level will be created.
