17 Gault&Millau points!

There is great excitement – for the first time in the 150-year history of the Victoria-Jungfrau Grand Hotel & Spa, one of its restaurants has been awarded 17 points by Gault&Millau. Executive Chef Stefan Beer and his team have achieved this with the restaurant La Terrasse and a concept in which only “what grows, swims or grazes within a radius of 40 kilometres” is used in the kitchen, as the recently published gourmet guide aptly put it.
