Spring time 2013

Finally it is here: the asparagus season. Whether you combine it with fish, meat or pure, during spring time you can enjoy our fresh asparagus in different medleys in our “Jungfrau Brasserie”.

Experience in the Jungfrau Brasserie the diversity of cuisine combined with the creativity and passion of the winemakers.

Each month we present a Swiss vineyard and their specialities and once a month the winemaker gives us an insight of the history and production of his fine wines.

In June you can experience the wines of the manufactory Brunner Hitzkirch in the Canton of Lucerne. Simple, full bodied wines with a contemporary flavor, as well as full of character and distinctive vineyard wines are part of their trademark.

Enjoy these wines in June with a matching 4-course menu for CHF 85 per person. Exclusive on Saturday, June 1, 2013 the Brunner wine manufacturer presents their specialties in person.

Glittering Ball Night on November 9, 2013
At the VICTORIA-JUNGFRAU Grand Hotel & Spa

For the 18th time the traditional winter ball will be held in the historic “Salle de Versailles”.

Participants enjoy the well experienced ball orchestra “The Moody Tunes” from Basle who will entertain us for the second time at this event. With their varied repertoire the five-member band will set the mood for a glittering ball. Furthermore, guests will be entertained by the appearance of the EURODANCERS, five times winners of the Swiss Champion in cheer dance. Get delighted with an intoxicating mix of dance and acrobatics. Another special highlight is the performance of the New Dance Academy Bern together with the Swiss masters in show dance, Deborah Moser and Nadir Josi.

Enjoy a breathtaking evening of swinging music, culinary delights and fine wines.
