Switzerland’s central location in the heart of Europe makes it easily accessible (within a few hours’ travelling time) from all major European cities. Many international airlines fly to Zurich, Geneva and Basle; from Zurich and Geneva Airports, some rail services offer direct trains to Interlaken. Guests from overseas can also reach Interlaken via Munich Airport (Germany) and Milan- Malpensa (Italy). From Munich, Lufthansa operates direct flights to Berne Airport (only 45 minutes by road from Interlaken). Berne Airport is also served by direct flights from London City and other destinations.
