Power Plate® machines are state-of-the art acceleration equipment. They open up an exciting new world of wellness for all age groups, lifestyles and levels of physical fitness. The Power Plate® principle embraces acceleration training by stimulating the natural reflexes of the body. Mechanical vibrations transmit energy waves throughout the whole body, resulting in 25 to 50 muscle contractions every second. Only two to three 10-minute sessions per week are sufficient to produce perceptible benefits.

POWER PLATE® GOLF FITNESS TRAINING
The sport of golf embraces a style of motion sequence which has the disadvantage of being somewhat one-sided. The swing action in golf brings into play certain pressure points, bending and rotational forces. This action can result in injury and health problems, caused mainly by:
- Over exertion
- Muscular deficit – which we can influence and alleviate by targeted training. Correct condition training is essential, but is also time-consuming. For this reason it is often neglected. But Power Plate® training can now help you deal with muscular deficiency in a very short time
- Poor technique
Power Plate® Golf Fitness Training – what it includes
- To begin with three different Golf Fitness check-ups are carried out, to ascertain your fitness level; and to determine if and where muscular deficit exists. Based on the results of these check-ups, the training programme is then adapted to your specific requirements.
For best results, Power Plate® Golf Training is carried out in three phases as follows:
- Power Plate® Golf Programme to enhance training acceleration, strengthen muscle structure and improve coordination. Exercises in coordination and stability are essential for the torso, stomach/spine, knee joints and shoulder blade
- Power Plate® Golf Stretch Programme to assist relaxation and improve flexibility and mobility. Mobility is particularly important in the shoulder region, thoracic spine, hip joints, wrists and ankle joints
- Power Plate® Golf Relax exercises for relaxation and regeneration (mainly in the shoulder region, thoracic spine and hip joints)
A training session on the Power Plate® takes some 25 minutes. Two to three sessions per week should be sufficient to achieve real improvement in your performance on the course.
