Breakfast
A delicious buffet breakfast is served in our “La Terrasse” restaurant every morning from 7 to 10.30 a.m. (or until 11 a.m. at weekends). For late risers, a continental breakfast can be served after 10.30 a.m. in the comfort of your own room.
Room Service
Room service is available seven days a week from 7 a.m. to midnight. Order from the choice range of dishes and wide selection of fine wines on offer.
Transfers
If you are travelling by train, we shall be happy to provide a transfer service from the railway station of either Interlaken Ost or Interlaken West (a fee will be charged). Our concierge is at your service for arrival information and details of transfers to and from the hotel – for example, with our Jaguar XJ.
Parking
Underground parking facilities are available for motorists (a fee will be charged).
Check-in / Check-out
Your room will be at your disposal from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival until noon on the day of departure.
Internet
All hotel guests may use our well-equipped in-house Business Centre, which includes computers, printers and Internet access. Wireless LAN connections are available throughout the hotel (highspeed Internet).
Electrical connection
The electrical current is 220 volts. Adaptors are available from our concierge.
